What do I need to provide?+
A completed intake form (25 questions — takes about 20 minutes), your logo if you have one, any photos, and your domain name. We guide you through everything.
How many revisions do I get?+
As many as it takes to get it right during the build phase. We work collaboratively until you're happy before we launch.
Do you work with businesses outside Calgary?+
Yes. We work with businesses across Canada. Everything is done remotely — video calls, shared files, fast turnaround regardless of location.
Pricing & Contracts
No long-term contracts. Monthly retainer is month-to-month — cancel any time with 30 days notice.
What if I only want the website — no monthly?+
We can do a one-time build. Contact us and we'll discuss the right pricing for your situation.
Are there any hidden fees?+
Never. You see the full price in the proposal before we start. The only other cost is your domain name (~$15/year) which you register directly.
Ownership & Hosting
Yes. You own everything — the domain, the files, the content, the code. We never lock you in. If you ever leave, we hand everything over cleanly.
Where is my website hosted?+
Cloudflare Pages — one of the fastest hosting platforms in the world. Free, globally distributed, and included in all packages.
SEO & Marketing
Will my website show up on Google?+
Yes. Every website we build includes full on-page SEO — proper title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, fast load times, and sitemap submission to Google Search Console.
Do you do Google Ads or social media?+
Google Ads setup is included in the Premium package. Social media management is available as an add-on. Ask us about it.
